The Taylor 5248379 is a high-carbon German steel blade that makes easy work of prep tasks such as slicing, dicing, and chopping. In addition, the lightweight stamped design of the blade can be used to skin many filets of meat, including fish. The stain resistant design is great for high-in-acid fruits or raw meats that release myoglobin when freshly cut.
