Adding this to my cast iron collection
Staub cast irons are the best, and this is living proof! The pan size is just right for grilling or roasting steaks, burgers, and chicken. I love its heat versatility the most—I used this on my gas and induction kitchen stoves, and the cast iron conducted heat as it should. It says it's safe to put in the dishwasher, but I haven't tried that yet...
