With its 5-gallon capacity, the Dynamic E002 manual salad spinner accommodates six to eight heads of lettuce. When washed lettuce is placed in the spinner and the handle is turned, centrifugal force is applied, forcing water to separate from the lettuce. Without water on the lettuce, salad dressings will stick to the leaves without diluting them.
