The Frymaster GF14 open-pot fryer is designed for medium-duty operation with a 40-pound oil capacity; it comes with two fry baskets to support multiple portions. Its large heat transfer area can fry large amounts of food per load, and its millivolt control regulates the temperature. In the oil, a durable probe senses the temperature, and when it drops, the burners activate to return to the desired level.

While product is frying, food sediment sinks to the frypot's cold zone, preventing the particles from burning and clinging to food. The pot's bottom is sloped towards the front and has a ball-type drain for convenient cleaning. Since no elements need to be avoided, the tubeless, open-pot design greatly speeds up the cleaning process.

This Frymaster GF14 commercial fryer has a durable stainless steel front, door, and frypot. The cabinet sides are galvanized for corrosion resistance, and to accommodate uneven floors, it has adjustable legs. Its millivolt controls work without electricity, freeing up outlets for other equipment.
