- Adjustable Rolling Pin, with 4 discs, 16.5 x 2.5" dia / 42 x 6.5cm dia, beechwood.This rolling pin takes the guess work out of preparing pizza, pie bases, lasagne sheets and filo pastry.
- It comes with four sets of removable discs that raise the rolling surface by different heights, to create the required pastry thickness - either 2mm (1/6"), 4mm (1/8"), 6mm (1/4") and 10mm (3/8").
- Also etched into the wood is a pastry width measurement guide.
