This Wusthof Blade Guard is ideal for protecting the knife edge while storing in a drawer or for traveling with a knife roll. This particular sheath is 8-inches long and 1" wide. The Inner portion is made of a soft material allowing the knives to slide in and out easily without any scratching.
- The guard has a felt interior to protect the blade from scratches. It protects the fine edge.
- Offers safety when kept in a kitchen drawer.
- Great for the travelling chef who keeps knives in a carrying case.
- For wider blades like Cook´s Knife and Santoku.
- 205 x 50 mm, for blades up to 20 cm (8").

Safe
These blade guards keep my santoku knives safe from scratches when I'm traveling (I'm a chef on the go by the way!) They do what they are designed to do, and I didn’t expect any less from Wusthof products.
