Great for protein shakes
Great little blender for protein shakes, but I don't know if it would work well for smoothies or anything that needs a powerful blade. This one definitely can't chop hard foods or ice.

On-the-run MVP
I have a bad habit of skipping meals because I get busy at work. My doctor recommend I start making smoothies, and I opted for this one to avoid the hassle and clean-up of a countertop blender. What I like about this product is that its compact size makes it easy to fit in my bag. I just add fruits and milk inside then blend them once I arrive at my office. I've been feeling a lot better lately!
