The San Jamar G-10-R cheesecloth is used for separating cheese curds from whey, straining sauces and stews, and bundling herbs. It can also be used for polishing and cleaning various equipment. This product is a grade 10 and constructed of lint-free cotton. This cheesecloth is made without silicone so that it can be biodegraded and incinerated after being used. Each package comes with 4 square yards of cheesecloth.
