A stainless steel exterior and 10" high backsplash make the Garland SS686 Sentry series commercial electric restaurant range durable, attractive, and easy to clean. It requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection.
This Garland Sentry series commercial electric range's over heat protection reduces power to the individual element after 8 minutes if it is turned on without a pot or pan. Additionally, a cool touch door handle protects your kitchen staff from accidental burns.
The Garland SS686 commercial restaurant range's full size oven has a complete porcelainized interior finish for better heat retention and easier clean up. The oven has an electro-mechanical, heavy-duty thermostat with a temperature range of 150-550 degrees Fahrenheit. Infinite high / low switch controls give you complete command over each burner's temperature.
