The Cambro Camwear Clear 1/9 Size Food Pan is perfect for safely serving, storing, and transporting food and ingredients in commercial settings. Designed to meet standard gastronorm (GN) sizing specifications, it features a half-inch lip for easy use with prep tables and pan racks. Made from crystal-clear, NSF-certified polycarbonate, this virtually unbreakable material resists cracking, bending, and denting, making it ideal for sandwich shops, pizzerias, bars, and restaurants.
Withstanding temperatures from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C), these pans are versatile for use in refrigerators and freezers, providing the same cooling efficiency as stainless steel pans at a more economical price. The 1/9 size pan has a 0.6 qt. (0.57 L) capacity with a 2.5-inch depth, and its smooth, non-stick interior ensures easy cleaning.
