The Browne 574834 is a professional glass rimmer for glasses up to 5.5 inches in diameter. A glass rimmer is meant for adding a special touch to stemware for margaritas or cocktails. It consists of three compartments that fold up into one another for easy storage.
There is one compartment for sugar, one compartment for salt, and one compartment for lime juice. The lime juice compartment includes a juice sponge so you don't have to worry about the liquid sloshing around during busier hours. You can use different ingredients as well (e.g. syrup, candy crystals, etc.). Glass rimmers are essential for most bars, taverns and nightclubs. However, they would make a great addition to any restaurant that's looking to spice up its drink menu.
